Today i have created a new chart, called “Choosing the Right Essential Oils”, the reason for me to create this chart is i found that pure therapeutic grade oil actually come with the natural elementals from plants kingdom which help to assist and heal emotional and physical body. We all know that SRT very good in identify programming from the mind and soul level. So, with our High Self committees help, we can ask them to check and identify what essential oils can help us in promoting healing in our emotional and physical bodies.

I also did a check on in general terms what plants essences help to promote emotional healing on each chakra.

Crown – White Fir
3Rd Eye – Patchouli
Throat – Peppermint
Heart -  Eucalyptus Radiata
Solar Plexus – Cinnamon Bark
Sacral – Jasmine
Root – Oregano

The info above are based on SRT research and it is for general emotional healing, oils maybe vary based on individual conditions.

So, how to use this new chart?

First you need to ask high self to do a throughout study on the essential oils in the chart first, they need to have enough research in order to give you answer! Else you will not get the right answer.

Secondly, ask a specific question, like
Which oils assist to heal my back pain in my physical body?
Which oils help to reduce migraine in my head region?
Which oils help me to improve my Immune system?

Please don’t ask general question like
Which oils good for me?
Which oil should i use?

High Self will not able to give you the right advice as the question is not clear.

You may also incorporate this chart in your consultation  if you are practicing SRT to your client.
