Bergamot

Beside orange and Lemon, Bergamot is another fruity and refreshing one that i always use it for my diffuser.  So if you like something really can wake you up in the morning and “in the happy mood” during office hour, try Bergamot Therapeutic Grade essential oil.

I use it for :-

• A drop in my Japanese green tea (boosting the liver, spleen and stomach)
• 3-4 drops in my Oil Diffuser
• Few drops directly into my shoes to freshened up.
