While I was in Dallas in January of 2003 to listen to Gary Young speak, I took notes of his recipe for weight loss. He said that saturation was the key to weight loss and cancer. He described how the body stores environmental toxins in our fat cells to save them from being deposited in our organs and wreaking havoc. Toxins saturate the cells with a filmy layer and prevent them from taking in nutrition. This continues a cycle where we grow more fat cells which can store more toxins and we keep getting larger and larger. We aren’t growing more blood veins to carry nutrition to these new outer layers of fat cells, and so we aren’t able to effectively loose weight at the rate we would like. Essential oils digest the filmy layer that saturate the cell wall and the essential oil’s high content of oxygen piggy backs nutrients into the cell.

I recognized most of the oils in his recipe were in the blend named Citrus Fresh. So I ignored his recipe and I bought Citrus Fresh, Grapefruit, Ledum and some capsules. The Citrus Fresh with Ledum breaks up the fat and the Grapefruit by capsule digests the fat. This is what I did according to memory. I am retelling this story a year and a half later. I lost almost three inches in six weeks. (That’s all I had left to lose.) This happened in March/April of 2003.

Please keep in mind that cellulite is literally toxins being stored in the fat cells.

My experience may happen more quickly for me than for some of you because I have been using natural medicines, clean water, and natural personal care products for years. My body has not accumulated the type and amount of toxins that most people have. Please be patient if you have more to lose than I did or if it takes you longer because of the type of toxins you are carrying. Other people have tried to lose inches with Citrus Fresh and Grapefruit without adding the Ledum, or they tried these oils but they diluted them, or they tried using them sparingly. Saturation is the key. Follow this recipe exactly or it won’t work for you.

The first night I put ten drops of Ledum into the bottle of Citrus Fresh. I swallowed two capsules, 10 drops each, of Grapefruit. I dotted the bottle of Citrus Fresh about every inch apart across my hips and rounded belly. I wrapped myself in cellophane and went to bed. About two hours later I needed to pee. (Some of these oils are diuretics.) About two hours after that, I was awakened with the feeling that something had broken loose. I continued to feel this throughout the night for about four more times. I had to pee about every two hours, but returned to sleep quickly after each trip to the bathroom. (Try citrus fresh over the liver for a great night’s happy sleep).

The cellophane was Dr. Young’s recommendation to keep the oils from evaporating and therefore working longer. It made me sweaty so I didn’t wear it any more after the first night. For the next two weeks, I continued to generously dot the bottle of Citrus Fresh to my hips and belly and take the two capsules of Grapefruit. I noticed that my left hip was larger than the other because I couldn’t reach that side with my right hand. So I stopped putting the Citrus Fresh on the right side until I got the left side evened out. After two weeks, I went to one capsule of Grapefruit a night because I wanted the bottle to last me until the next month when I would order some more. After about the sixth week, I took one capsule every three days for maintenance, and I dotted the Citrus Fresh on about once every week. I became pregnant after that and discontinued both of these oils.

I lost almost three inches in six weeks. My skin firmed up nice and tight. My jaw line firmed up where I put the Citrus Fresh. The grapefruit balanced out my hormones, and I began to have a regular menstrual cycle without pain or discomfort.

This regimen did cause the cholesterol to come out in the form of acne, but I kept my complexion clean with lemon oil. I only use Young Living brand essential oils because of their unadulterated purity. Young Living goes through long rigorous processes to guarantee that every bottle exceeds FDA standards and that the essence of every plant is still in tact. DON’ T internally take oils from another company. They could harm you.

My testimony is based on my experience with Young Living oils and their documented science. I don’t trust anyone else.

Nine months after I had my sixth child, I tried this again. The oils sent hormone messages which began my periods again. I had to wait till three months after breastfeeding ended before I could successfully try this again. Except this time I used Cel-Lite Magic. I cannot attribute my weight-loss to JUST Cel-Lite Magic because I began using Power Meal for breakfast, and began applying parts of Chronobiotic Nutrition (protein before 3 and carbs after 3 with no snacking after dinner). I do attribute ALL of my skin-firming and disappearance of spider veins to Cel-Lite Magic.

I need to continue to take Grapefruit by capsule if I still want pain-free and timely periods like I did during the first weight loss. See my PMS testimony about that. I take one capsule a week. My 14 year old daughter dots Grapefruit on her abdomen when period related cramps start. She applies it once the first two days of her period with relief within the first five minutes.

Yesterday afternoon while in clinic, our resident kinesiologist took her 83 year old mother’s blood pressure. Her mother suffers from high blood pressure and is monitored regularly. Her reading was 180/112 and the kinesiologist was testing her mother up to find something in the practitioner range that her body needed – nothing came up and she looked really puzzled and surprised.

I suggested she might like to try some of the oils and her mother laughed but said alright. Her Mum is Croation and not too fluent in English – she gets by. We applied two drops each of Aroma Life and Ylang Ylang to her heart point on the feet (vitaflex point) and the same to her physical heart and carotid artery in the neck. After 10 minutes we took her blood pressure again and the reading was 173/111. We reapplied the oils. Her mother (being very active and always moving) decided to go and take the washing off the line which she did, and came back 20 minutes later, her blood pressure had dropped to 145/95!

To find the Vitaflex point on the foot – go to your left food, to the ball of the foot. Draw a line down the inside of your 4th toe. Where that intersects with the ball of the foot, you have the heart point. If you are unsure – simply apply the oil under the whole left foot, and you are sure to catch the heart point in the process!

I was scheduled for artery stent placement on July 8, 2010. At the YL convention the month before someone I valued greatly suggested I take 5 drops of frankincense, 2 drops of cistus, and two drops helichrysum, twice daily. When I went back in for the artery stents to be placed the medical staff found my heart arteries to be perfectly clear. While a month before they were telling me my cardio test would require at least stents and possibly more. I had previous open heart surgery two years ago. Quite a miracle!

I put the drops in 1 oz of Ningxia Red and drank it down. It was ok taste wise.

In the past weeks, I have mentioned that my friend, Lawrence, has benefitted greatly from the use of Ocotea. His mother had unstable blood sugar condition despite having taken medicine for years. Four weeks ago, his mother was hospitalized because of the wild swing and there was nothing else the doctor could do.

Lawrence read up on Ocotea and bought the amazing oil. He let his mother breathed the vapor initially and later on, she took drops of ocotea in drinks. Her blood sugar level was swinging up to 16, and over the weeks drop and stablized at 13 and now it is between 6 to 7 like an average person. Isn’t this marvelous? the joy and relief the whole family gets.

For a 83 year old person who thought that her condition will never improve,  is so thankful to the son and told him specifically to buy more. Yes, he has just ordered another bottle and his effort to improve the quality of life for his mother is certainly commendable.

Herpes is a huge family of viruses which encompasses chickenpox, mouth ulcers, cold sores, genital herpes, warts, and other common challenges.  The virus thrives in an acidic environment, so cleansing and balancing the pH of the body is especially helpful in dealing with any form of this virus.

For mouth ulcers I have found that THIEVES blend applied topically usually clears then up in 24 hours.  NOTE:  It really stings for a minute, but then the anesthetizing properties of clove take over, and the pain is alleviated.

For genital herpes, there is a blend which has been extremely effective for many.

• 20 drops BLUE CYPRESS
• 20 drops RAVENSARA
• V6 VEGETABLE OIL COMPLEX to fill a 15ml bottle

Apply topically several times daily

For warts, OREGANO essential oil applied topically will slowly eliminate even the most stubborn and deep plantar warts.  However, remember that oregano is THE “hottest” oil which means that it will cause sensitive skin to become red and is not always comfortable!  It is good also to note, though, that oregano does NOT cause any pain on the wart itself, and it does NOT harm the healthy tissue around the wart.  It dissolves ONLY the wart itself!

I have a chest condition that has been around for a number of years.  It sounds like a smokers cough.  I have never smoked.
What I have been taking is NingXia Red and Core Supplements, but there must be something else that is needed to address this.

NINGXIA RED and CORE SUPPLEMENTS are excellent support for your entire body.  However, for a long-standing respiratory condition, several essential oils could bring rapid results. My first thoughts are RC, RAVEN, and BREATHE AGAIN roll-on.  In addition, I would take INNER DEFENSE capsules as there may be infection deep in the lungs.

I would do the following daily:

·         NINGXIA RED: 60ml (2oz) morning, before lunch, and mid-afternoon

·         CORE SUPPLEMENTS:  daily as directed

·         RC blend:  3 times daily apply topically 2 drops over chest and throat.  Rub palms together and cup over nose inhaling deeply several times.

·         RAVEN blend:  Topically apply 2 drops same as RC

·         BREATHE AGAIN ROLL-ON:  Apply over chest, neck, and throat as needed

·         DIFFUSE RC, THIEVES, or PURIFICATION each night in the bedroom

·         INNER DEFENSE:  1 capsule 3 times daily for minimum 10 days.  If cough still present, continue until cough totally gone.

In addition, Gary Young has talked about “the fastest way to the lungs” for years.  I chose not to “hear” his words because I didn’t like the idea of using essential oils rectally.  However, when I was desperate with a lung infection in 2009, I tried it . . . and it works like “magic”!!!  I used 3 drops RC blend in a vegetable capsule and used it as a rectal suppository at night.  When I awakened, my lungs were clearer than they had been in years!  It took several nights to clear the massive infection, but it was amazing.  Everyone who has tried this method has also told me how amazed they are at the rapid results – truly the “fastest way to the lungs”!!!  Here in Asia, we should not be so surprised as the Chinese have known for thousands of years that the LUNG and the LARGE INTESTINE meridians are “paired” . . . isn’t that amazing???  I wonder what took the ”rest of us” so long to realize the connection.

NOTE:  I find that an easier application is to use a small bulb-type syringe like you would use to clean a baby’s nostrils rather than the capsule.

ABUNDANCE EXPERIENCES

When my [friend] suggested I order Abundance, I wasn’t sure at first; money wasn’t my top priority. Material wealth wasn’t ever my top concern. All I wanted was really to be happy and just to be myself. However as most others would agree more abundance is always a welcome. So I decided to give it a try.

When I finally got the bottle of abundance, I used it by applying a few drops on my forehead everyday and occasionally I would burn the oil in my aroma burner.

Then came the news that my grandmother was gravely ill and unfortunately nothing much could be done. I’ve lived with my grandmother for most of my life. Although she was a very reserved person, she and I were quite close.

Sadly, she passed away. Me and my family took some time to grieve and life went on.

Then one day I received a letter from the Central Provident Funds. Apparently, my grandmother had nominated me to be her sole heir of what was left of her CPF. So I had to provide them some of my bank details. I didn’t think it would be much; very most , just a few hundred dollars.

About a few weeks later , I was at the ATM drawing some money. I received a total shock when I saw my bank balance. I had never seen so many digits in my account ever before. I still was still in semi disbelief on my way home and the minute I did get back, I checked my account online to see if it was really true.

True enough, the numerous digits that I saw was banked in from CPF from my grandmother’s account. I felt indeed blessed.

I offered my thanks and prayed on behalf of my late grandmother.

This is from a woman with serious diagnosed eye challenges . . .
I drink 5 or 6 ounces of NINGXIA RED a day, and my eye problems are gradually reversing themselves.

Here is the story of my eyesight. . . . . When still in my forties (I
am 69 now) I was diagnosed with Fuch’s Dystrophy of the cornea, a
condition which thickens the cornea and ends with blindness, unless a
cornea transplant is performed. Several years ago both corneas
qualified for transplant surgery, and at that time I was diagnosed
also with cataracts and Macular Degeneration in both eyes. My
mother’s Macular Degeneration had left her blind, so I was quite
concerned. Three years ago surgery for a cornea transplant and to
remove a cataract were performed in one eye. A year later I
discovered Ningxia Red and began drinking 2 ounces a day, gradually
increasing to 3 or 4 ounces. Within 9 months the Macular
Degeneration had nearly disappeared. This summer when I saw my
doctor, the Macular Degeneration was GONE, and the cataract and cornea
in the eye which had not had the surgery were so greatly improved that
my eye is no longer bad enough to be a candidate for surgery!!!

Woo Hoo!!! I celebrate, and I am grateful every day. In one eye,
with glasses, I have 20/20 vision, and it is 20/25 in the other!!! I
hope this information helps. The Ningxia Red contains high levels
of Zeazanthin and Lutein, which occur naturally in the proper balance
to nourish the retina. I have experienced cataract, retina and
cornea improvement for myself; and I have read of other positive
benefits to vision, which have resulted from drinking Ningxia Red.

Nancy Sanderson, Gary’s sister, writes: When I was in Gary ‘s clinic in Ecuador in 2007, I had kidney stone attack.  Gary had me take 15 drops of lemon and 15 drops of frankincense every hour on the hour in some water and drink it.  Well he didn’t tell me how much of it to do so I used both bottles ups over night.  The next afternoon he had me get a sona-gram and all they could see was sand in my kidneys and bladder.  But  what was so exciting was that the large gallstone that I had which was the size of a large marble has shrunk in half.

Several Japanese studies show that limonene (a key constituent) in lemon, orange, and tangerine oils can effectively dissolve gallstones with no  negative side effects.

So you can see why the frankincense and lemon worked for me.  I would never have my gallbladder taken out.  The Dr. told me that some people die without even knowing that they had gallstones and they never had any problems with them.  Second if anyone who has had surgery would not want to go through another one.  It is very painful.  I know I had to have a complete hysterectomy done and you feel like you have been run over by a 10 ton mac truck.  A friend of mine had her gallbladder removed and she said if she had to do it over again she would not do it.  The gall-bladder is a very important organ and you need it.

The gallbladder stores bile created by the liver and releases it through the biliary ducts into the duodenum to promote digestion.  Bile is extremely important for fat digestion and the absorption of vitamins such as A,D, and E. When the gallbladder is comprised due to gallstones or infection, serious consequences can ensue, including poor digestion, jaundice, and severe abdominal pain.

Artemis writes: Nancy, like me, is a very experienced oils user, and has been ingesting oils for a long time. When I first started ingesting oils, I began with a single drop in a veggie or gel capsule, then the next day I increased to two drops, then the next day I increased to three drops, and so on. I followed Gary ‘s instructions, and didn’t add vegetable oil into the capsule – it was just essential oil. This slow introduction to ingestion helped me to avoid any nasty detox symptoms. Remember – therapeutic grade essential oils are extremely effective, and their small molecular size allows them to penetrate our cells and release chemicals that are stored there. If you take too much oil too quickly, you will release so much toxicity that you will have a rough few days…..the cure may feel worse than the disease!!! It’s great to therefore get your body accustomed to ingesting oils, so that if ever the need arises to take a large/intense quantity of oils, it will be smooth sailing. I’ve ingested up to 80 drops of essential oil in a day, and I know others who have ingested up to 240 (or more) drops of oil in a single day. One of my favourite ways is in my NingXia Red juice of a morning. I’m hooked on Young Living’s “Oh My Gosh!!!” recipe, which is one drop each of Peppermint, Lemon, Tangerine and Ocotea in 30ml of NingXia Red…..well, I take 60ml NingXia Red of a morning, so I have 2 drops of each of these oils in it. It’s YUMMMY!!!!

Most all the high end at retail stores, face cleansing systems are FULL, of chemicals. Please ladies, take an honest look at what you are putting on your face. I also take an empty spray GLASS BOTTLE, fill it full of distilled water, add some essential oils to it and use it several times a day, spraying my face. Hydrate, hydrate…

Diminished facial wrinkles

Myrrh essential oil gives my skin a youthful glow and has helped diminish some wrinkles in my forehead. When people try to guess my age they are shocked when I tell them my age. I just add a few drops to my moisturizer and off I go. My skin on my face is so sensitive and it was challenging to find an essential oil that worked well on my face but myrrh did it for me so I encourage people to try differences oils.

I have started to apply Valor, mixed with a few drops of olive oil, to my face and throat in the AM and PM before I add any other creams or oils. I also may add a few drops of Frankincense. I have found that those ‘whistle marks’ around my mouth are greatly softened in the AM. Also, my skin in general looks refreshed and rosy.

I am new to Young Living but am already amazed at what these products do. My face made me look 10 years older, so I began applying Lavender oil. It was applied underneath my eyes, eyebrows, and my crow’s feet. Then I smoothed the lavender around the rest of my face. My crows feet have diminished considerably, and my skin now looks ten years younger! I no longer wear make-up because I feel totally confident in wearing ‘my own face’. It is truly liberating!
