Beside orange and Lemon, Bergamot is another fruity and refreshing one that i always use it for my diffuser.  So if you like something really can wake you up in the morning and “in the happy mood” during office hour, try Bergamot Therapeutic Grade essential oil.

Today my right hand ring finger getting itchy, i notice the finger that i have been wearing my ring for almost  15 years, are sore and itchy. I think it is getting infection and became blush red. The info above are based on SRT research and it is for general emotional healing, oils maybe vary based on individual conditions.

So, how to use this new chart?

First you need to ask high self to do a throughout study on the essential oils in the chart first, they need to have enough research in order to give you answer! Else you will not get the right answer.

Secondly, ask a specific question, like
Which oils assist to heal my back pain in my physical body?
Which oils help to reduce migraine in my head region?
Which oils help me to improve my Immune system?

Please don’t ask general question like
Which oils good for me?
Which oil should i use?

High Self will not able to give you the right advice as the question is not clear.
