Tonight feel like trying something more relaxing and calming feel, so here’s my mix for tonight before going to bed.
Feeling a bit of overwhelming on my crown chakra tonight and this mix help me to calm my mind down before sleep.

My Young Living newly ordered “baby” just arrived today , What’s in the box?
A box set of Golden Touch Oils, come with 7 bottles of oil blends and a essential oil missing link DVD.

Beside the box set, i also ordered:-

Will tell more later of how i feel about the oils in the upcoming posts!

While i was conducting a SRT class in Singapore, during lunch time i went to Aromatherapy store called “The Perfect Portion” at Newton Shopping Mall, i bought a few massage oils and a 5 ml bottle of MNUKA Oil.
Manuka Oil is steam distilled from the leaves of leptospermum scoparium. It is a native of New Zealand and is used as an important medicinal plant by the Maoris.
This is a natural anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, mainly used by people for drying up and curing Acne and treating various skin issues.
The scent of Manuka? Spicy and strong leave smell, I kind of like it though… I usually use it with Diffuser and mix with Lemon.

I have one Salt Scrub from Body Shop, i only used it for few times and leave it aside for quite sometimes, today i was thinking to use it but i think i leave it too long and the properties changed.
So.. i thought why not i create my own Body Salt Scrub?
So, here’s my ingredients :-
3-5 drops of Lavender Essential Oils
3 drops of Peppermint Essential Oils
2 tea spoons of Grapeseed Oils (light type)
3-4 tea spoons of Himalayan Salt (fine type)
First i put the salts in a glass bowl, then i mix it with the grapeseed oils and the essential oils, finally i stir it evenly and it all done! A Body scrub that refreshing and uplifting with antibacterial properties!
The above ingredients are suitable for one time use to avoid wastage, you can adjusts the volume of the ingredients or essential oils based on your preference, so keep on creative and make your own body scrub! If you want you can make more and put it in a jar.
The ingredients above you may purchase the grapeseed oil and Himalayan salt at organic shop, for essential oil it’s better to use Organic and Therapeutic Grade oil, i am using the brand Young Living as it is better grade and quality.
I think most of us in this current modern world are used to “Buy” whatever we need from the marketplace, we seldom thought of use our creativity to create our own stuff. Or is it too easy to get as long as we have money? Sometimes making your own can be more contentment. Of course you can make your own salt scrub as a birthday gift to your friends, it is eco friendly, and organic!
Creating something new is fun, it like a child found a new toy to play, making use of what i currently have and transform it to something else is form of happiness. It is exciting, also stimulating my inspiration, creativity and joy.
