For me, i will use the Frankincense oil in two ways :-
1. Massage the oils through main chakras and meridian points, these 2 points are our our energy centre and energy points, by massaging on it, the frankincese properties will be quickily abosorb to our body cells and blood streams.
2. Using diffuser, the oils are so refine and vapor out, we are not just inhale it into our physical system, it is expecially effective on working on etheric body and aura too.
