
Inhaling essential oils heightens the senses and can trigger numerous desired responses in the body. There are 2 ways on inhaling essential oils :-
1. Place a few drops of the oils on your palms or wrist, slowly rub it and inhale slowly.
2. slowly Inhale straight from the bottle (this method only applicable to mild type of therapeutic grade oils, for example lavender etc), some strong oils are so concentrate that they can burn the smell receptors inside your nose.
Remember to keep your eyes closed for few minutes, imagine the oils elements slowly goes into your body and healing you.
